Welcome to the Central East Zone Trillium Hunter/Jumper Website

If there is a possibility that you might finish first or second in a hunter or jumper division (not medal or equitation), please come to the Top of the Hill stalls at Zone Classic in order that we can get the correct sizing for your year end award.

If you have not returned your trophy from 2015, it must be returned to RCRA by end of day August 14!  Please contact Linda Gibson at linda@sewequestrian.ca if you need to make alternate arrangements!

The deadline for specialty award nominations is September 5.  Make sure that a deserving individual gets the recognition they deserve.  Information and nomination forms are on the Banquet page

AGM: FRIDAY, JUNE 10, 2016

The Central East Zone Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at Caledon Equestrian Park on Friday, June 10, during Trillium at Palgrave. The new board members are listed on the Contact page. Draft meeting minutes will be available soon.

NEW FOR 2016

Open 1.0 M Jumper / 1.0 M Junior/Amateur Jumper: These two divisions have been combing into a single 1.0 M for 2016. They will run as one division at all shows including the championships.

0.75 M Jumper Medal / 0.90 M Jumper Medal These two classes will be combined. The new medal class will be over 0.75 M jumps and open to both 0.75 M and 0.90 M junior and amateur riders. The Jr/Am 1.0 M Medal remains unchanged.

Children's / Adult Amateur Training: Riders competing in these divisions are now eligible to compete in other divisions if they are riding a different horse. Horse/rider combinations are still not eligible to compete in any division with a height over 2'6. Horse/rider combinations are eligible for the High/Low Hunter Development Division, the Hack division, and their age appropriate equitation on the flat.

Please ensure that paper copies or proof of membership for owners and riders are available on show day for presentation to the show secretary.  We will be confirming membership status for THJA and Equine Canada and a copy of OEF memberships must be provided .  ALL membership information must be included on all entry forms for each show.  Show offices work independently and are not on a shared system.  You must provide this information at each show. Competitors will not receive points towards year-end awards or championships without all memberships and no points will be awarded retroactively.

  • At the beginning the show season, think about putting your rider  horse and owner information on individual labels so that they can be quickly applied onto your entry form.  Make sure that you include all of the information needed.  It will simplify doing your entries and make a show secretary a very happy person. It will also ensure that your information is announced correctly on show day.
  • Please ensure that the name of your horse as it appears on your Passport matches your Entry Form. If you want it announced differently, make a note on your entry form.
